Cocktail recipes:
A Dream Rooted:
2 oz Reverie sweet vermouth
1 oz gin
1 barspoon Benedictine
1 splash ginger beer
Mix first 3 ingredients with ice, strain, add splash of ginger beer,
and a twist of orange peel.

Sidetrack:
2 parts Finn aperitif
1 part Old Tom gin
2 slices local Fuyu persimmon
Smash persimmon slices in jar or shaker, add Finn and gin,
let macerate for a few minutes. Then add ice, stir, strain into
a glass, and garnish with a lemon twist.

Hanky Panky:
1 part gin
1 part WhistlePunk sweet vermouth
1 dash Fernet Branca
Mix with ice, strain, serve with an orange twist

TIMBER Manhattan:
2 parts TIMBER sweet vermouth
1 part rye whiskey
1 dash bitters
Mix with ice, strain, serve with a brandied cherry

Sweet Vermouth on the rocks with a twist:
Pour a few ounces of your favorite sweet vermouth
over ice, peel a rose petal sized section of orange
or lemon, squeeze, drop in the glass, enjoy!

Finn Whip:
1 ½ oz Finn aperitif
1 ½ oz WhipperSnapper Whiskey
Mix with ice, strain into a tumbler, garnish with an orange twist

Vieux Carré:
3/4 oz rye whiskey
3/4 oz brandy
3/4 oz WhistlePunk sweet vermouth
1 barspoon Bénédictine
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Mix with ice, strain into an ice-filled tumbler and garnish with a cherry.

TIMBER Royale:
3/4 oz TIMBER sweet vermouth
Sparkling wine
Add chilled vermouth to flute, fill with chilled sparkling wine. Celebrate!
