In 1998 Nathan Warren began establishing HBV; as a young farming enthusiast, the vineyard emerged from dream to reality for Nathan, a passion not only to be felt on his insides but to be seen and interacted with outside, too. In 1999 Amanda Sever saw this passion and joined forces with Nathan. Now the two of them continue to make this dream a reality in the production of ultra premium Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris dessert wines.
The vineyard is planted on 3 acres in the Willamette Valley, Oregon, just west of Philomath. The tasting room is nestled near the vineyard alongside the Mary's River a perfect spot for picnicking, bocce ball playing, and wine tasting.
